THIS KIT IS ONLY AVAILABLE HERE. Our Marzocchi 32mm Fork Seal Kit has SEVERAL custom RWC modifications. First is our single contact point blue Enduro wiper. The redundant inner lip has been removed for the most friction-free performance available. In addition, this "Version 3" kit comes with new oil seals. These oil seals still have the same heavy-duty air/oil seal spring-energized features but no longer have the friction-prone leading edge wiper that was formerly part of the oil seal. In the past, this redundant wiper lip also made inserstion of the stnchion tubes very difficult. The new leading edge on the oil seal is reverse beveled to guide the stanchion tubes easily into the oil seals during re-assembly.

2 pcs Enduro Wipers custom modified by RWC (single contact point with stanchion tube)
2 pcs RWC custom oil seals. Leading edge wiper has been removed and replaced with reverse bevel to reduce friction and make fork re-assembly easier than ever.
1 pcs UV Resistant Travel Indicator O-ring
1/2 oz Slickoleum Suspension Grease

    Enduro has never subscribed to the easy "one material for both jobs" philosophy. While other wiper-seal units compromise performance by using the same material and durometer for oil retention and debris rejection, Enduro has been free to perfect the oil seals and wipers separately. The result is the best oil retention possible, with superior rejection of dirt, mud, and water, in a durable and long-lasting package.

    *As an RWC exclusive, we have custom modified the blue wipers AND the oil seals to have only one contact point with the stanchion tube for the most friction-free performance available.
