FOR NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

We accept returns on items in new and unused condition within 60 days of the original purchase.  Returns must be accompanied by "proof of purchase" (copy of email receipt, packing list, etc.).  Include the REASON for the return.  Please USE A BOX and proper packing materials.  Items damaged due to careless packaging will not be refunded.  Use a shipment method with tracking and delivery confirmation.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (unless we were at fault).  We will not accept "COD" returns.  Refunds will be processed in the manner in which the original purchase was paid for.  For example, if you paid via your credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card.  Items to be returned must be shipped to:
