Our bearing races are hardened and polished chromium steel.  The balls are precision Grade 10 chromium steel.  Bearing seals are dual-lipped light contact. 
 
These Bottom Brackets do not use axle shims,
allowing us to reduce the bearing ID and use
larger balls for greater strength!
