This kit contains two (2) chromium steel sealed cartridge bearings with an ABEC 3 rating. The balls are Grade 10. The bearings are packed with the highest quality bearing grease.

This kit includes two (2) orange silicone spacer seals. These seals fit most mountain and road cups. Two (2) blue spacer seals are also included. These are for certain cups that have seal detents of a smaller inside diameter. It will be a simple matter for you to determine which seals fit into the recesses of your particular cups.

*The bearings in our BB cup sets do not use plastic end cap/axle shims, allowing us to reduce the bearing ID and use

larger balls for greater strength!
