UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICIES:

For United States customers, orders are shipped within one business day. We make our best effort to ship orders received by 12:00 PM Arizona Time on the day that they are received. However, due to fluctuations in the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee same day shipment. Please note that when you select a faster shipment method, you are paying for a shorter transit time, not for expediting the preparation of your package.

Your shipping choices include:

USPS First Class Mail
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Ground
UPS Second Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

All of the above options include tracking. Orders include insurance for your protection as well as ours. Normal delivery for Priority Mail is 2-3 days, and automatically includes Saturday delivery at no extra charge.

Please note that our shopping cart allows "real time" shipping calculation. After adding items to the shopping cart and entering your shipping address, your shipping choices and their respective costs will be displayed. If your order qualifies for a free shipping option, that option will appear in the shipping section of the shopping cart.

In addition to your initial order confirmation email, you will receive tracking information via email when the shipping label is printed. As stated above, orders will ship within one business day. Please allow one business day from the time the label is printed for tracking numbers to become active. We also ask that you read all the information contained within these email notifications before contacting us with questions about your order.

SHIPPING POLICES FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA:

For those living outside of the United States, your package will normally be shipped within one business day. Following weekends with a high order volume, an additional day may be required. Your shipping choices are listed below. Some of these services may not be available to certain countries. Please read the information below to be certain what each respective shipping option offers as far as tracking, insurance, and transit time before making your selection:

PLEASE NOTE that DHL shipping has been discontinued due to hidden charges and supposed "remote delivery fees" that were randomly added to orders.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE® (USPS®) OPTIONS:

We currently offer First Class Mail International as a shipping option. It is the most affordable method. Shipping times ae inconsistent, but USUALLY reliable. There are never any "border brokerage fees" (or other hidden fees) as there are with some other carriers. We have found that the higher-priced Priority Mail International options are no faster nor more reliable than First Class, so we do not offer it.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) OPTIONS:

We offer “UPS Worldwide Express” as an expedited international shipping option. It is rather expensive, but it is very fast (normally 3-7 days) and is very reliable.

Please note that our shopping cart allows "real time" shipping calculation. After adding items to the shopping cart and entering your shipping address, your shipping choices and their respective costs will be displayed.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF ANY CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, OR TAXES THAT MIGHT BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AFTER IT ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT LEVY OR COLLECT THESE FEES. IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO EXPECT US TO KEEP TRACK OF TAXES AND DUTIES FOR EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. WE WOULD PREFER TO SEE ALL SUCH ARTIFICIAL TRADE BARRIERS ABOLISHED

NOTES FOR ALL SHIPMENTS:

The respective transit times begin when the package has actually been accepted by the postal service, NOT at the time your order is placed. Once the package arrives in your country, any time spent in customs is not included in the stated transit time. First Class Mail International® does not provide the ability to track the shipment.
